Join the Washington Department of Fish & Wildlife’s white-nose syndrome communications specialist for a presentation on the importance of bats, the deadly bat disease called white-nose syndrome, and what you can do to protect these amazing creatures. There will be bat skins, skeletons, and other interactive displays for people to learn more about Washington bat species. Light refreshments provided by the Friends of the McCleary Timberland Library.
